1. Exercise the CANON MV4 camcorder Battery
   Do not leave the replacement CANON MV4 battery dormant for long periods of time. We recommend using the camcorder battery at least once every two to three weeks. If a battery has not been used for a long period of time, perform the new battery break in procedure described above.

   Keep the battery healthy by fully charging and then fully discharging it at least once every two to three weeks.
3. Keep the MV4 Batteries Clean
   It's a good idea to clean dirty battery contacts with a cotton swab and alcohol. This helps maintain a good connection between the battery and the portable device.
4. CANON MV4 Battery Kits Storage
   If you don't plan on using the battery for a month or more, store it in a clean, dry, cool place away from heat and metal objects. Li-ion batteries will self-discharge during storage; remember to recharge the CANON camcorder batteries before use.

• New CANON MV4 Camcorder Battery are hard to be charged. Sometimes, your electronic device may indicate a fully charged condition about 10 to 15 minutes when the new battery pack is being charged for the first time. When this happens, remove the battery pack and let it cool down for about 10 to 15 minutes then repeat the charging procedure. Sometimes, a new CANON MV4 battery will suddenly refuse to be charged.
