1. Exercise the CANCON iVIS DC300 Digital Camera Battery
   Do not leave the replacement CANCON iVIS DC300 battery dormant for long periods of time. We recommend using the digital camera battery at least once every two to three weeks. If a battery has not been used for a long period of time, perform the new battery break in procedure described above.

   If you don't plan on using the battery for a month or more, store it in a clean, dry, cool place away from heat and metal objects. Li-ion batteries will self-discharge during storage; remember to recharge the CANCON digital camera batteries before use.

Sometimes, your electronic device may indicate a fully charged condition about 10 to 15 minutes when the new battery pack is being charged for the first time. When this happens, remove the battery pack and let it cool down for about 10 to 15 minutes then repeat the charging procedure.
